E-commerce is the activity of buying or selling of products on online services or over the Internet.
Also known as electronic commerce, is a business model which involves transactions taking place on the internet. Stores that sell their products online are ecommerce stores or businesses.


It is the activities of buying and selling of goods and services, or the transmitting of funds or data, over an electronic network, primarily the internet. It refers to the buying and selling of goods or services using the internet, and the transfer of money and data to execute these transactions. These business transactions occur either as business-to-business, business-to-consumer, consumer-to-consumer or consumer-to-business. 

In a nutshell, e-commerce is the process of buying and selling of produce and products by electronic means such as by mobile applications and the Internet.
